To Reform Council appointees: come clean or leave now
Responsible Thais should move collectively to call for all National Reform Council (NRC) members to report their assets.
A few weeks ago, a group of the National Legislative Assembly appointees attempted to set a bad precedent by asking the court to rule that they need not declare their assets. The court said “no way”.
The NRC appointees should not repeat the same mistake.
All NRC members should get the national reform process started by reforming themselves first.
Those who feel they cannot measure up to the job assigned to them should simply quit – now.
