Strong upmarket demand for 98 Wireless

Strong upmarket demand for 98 Wireless

SANSIRI HAS already sold 45 per cent of 98 Wireless, its Bt8.7-billion luxury condominium project, thanks to strong demand at the top end of the condominium market from both Thai and foreign customers, chief executive officer Apichart Chutrakul said yeste

Upon completion, 98 Wireless – situated on the prime tree-lined boulevard location of Wireless Road in Bangkok – is expected to be the most expensive condominium project in Southeast Asia.
With just 77 exclusive units, the project’s average price has risen from Bt550,000 per square metre in March this year to Bt570,000 per square metre now.
The developer’s management expects sales to be closed next year, soon after the official sales launch to Thai and foreign customers, Apichart said.
Sansiri unveiled the show unit to the media yesterday in what was the first viewing since the unit’s completion.
Another four show units will be open for private viewing very soon, he said, adding that this was in response to potential customers who are eagerly anticipating project completion after the project has been five years in the making.
This comes as part of the company’s effort to present the best in every dimension and aspect of the project under the concept “The Best Comes as Standard”, the CEO said.
“It is safe to say that every square inch of every unit is conceived with nothing but the best to provide our high-end residents with an aesthetically seamless lifestyle. The architecture will stand proud, as if a classic and timeless building of New York City has been transposed to Bangkok.
“The meticulous creation in every aspect of this project, including the classic elegant and timeless design in New York style, is the selling point that differentiates us from our competitors – so much so that 45 per cent of the project, or Bt3.8 billion, has unofficially been sold, mostly to Thai customers, with only 5 per cent being foreigners,” Apichart said.
“Currently, 70 per cent of the project is completed and will be ready for customers’ inspection to take delivery of the ownership at the end of November,” he added.
