The Dell Latitude 13 7370 Ultrabook is the laptop of choice for men and women on the go
A SLEEK business-class Ultrabook computer just 14.32mm thick, the Dell Latitude 13 7370 underlines its skinny elegance with a black aerospace grade carbon fibre body that’s both light and very durable.
The InfinityEdge 13-inch touch-screen display has anti-glare Corning Gorilla Glass and boasts a very high resolution of 3200x1800-pixels making it perfect for watching HD movies and viewing high-resolution photos.
The Ultrabook is powered by Intel Core m7-6Y75 dual-core processor running at 1.2 GHz. It has 8 gigabytes working memory or RAM and a 512 GB SSD drive. The graphics horsepower comes from Intel Integrated HD Graphics 515 and the computer runs on Windows 10 Pro operating system.
For wireless LAN connection, the Latitude 13 7370 uses Intel Dual-Band Wireless-AC 8260 card. During the test, I connected it to Linksys EA8500 router and was impressed at the speed of the Internet connection.
The Ultrabook also has a micro SIM slot that supports LTE 4G connection for fast Internet connection on the go.
The Ultrabook comes with all necessary expansion ports. It has a microSD card reader, one full-size USB 3.0 port, two USB Type-C (Thunderbolt) ports, a micro HDMI port and a memory card reader.
Dell has also released several optional hardware items to expand the functions of the Ultrabook computer. These include the WD15 Dell Dock that can charge the Latitude and connect to up two Full HD displays and other peripheral devices with a single DisplayPort over USB Type-C cable.
There is also the Dell Power Companion 12,000mAh USB-C power bank that can simultaneously power your Latitude and up to two smartphones, tables or other USB-enable devices on the go.
The Latidue 13 7370 worked fast and smoothly during the test. It started up and shut down instantly. I ran business applications like Microsoft Excel without performance hiccup. HD video clips and photo editing software also ran fine on the computer.
But of course it’s not cheap. Dell Latitude 13 7370 has a suggested starting retail price of Bt53,900.
