Facebook pack helps SMEs interact with customers
Facebook launched its new Messenger sticker pack for Thai SMEs (small and medium enterprises) on Tuesday. Designed to help facilitate interaction between SMEs and customers, the “Business is Good” sticker packs offer a visual way to communicate simple phrases, such as “Your order is ready” or “Can you give me a discount?”
Rathiya Jinn Issarachaikul, Facebook team leader for Thailand - Small & Medium Business, said that small Thai business owners are driving conversational commerce, a new way of interacting and engaging with their customers, whether a customer is seeking more information on a new product or an SME owner is looking to enhance customer service in a personal way.
“We developed the 'Business is Good' sticker pack to help make these conversations more efficient, fun and engaging,” said Rathiya.
