Singha Motor Sport finished second in the pro-am category and seventh in the overall in the GT 3 competition of the Motul Sepang 12 Hours GT Challenge at the Sepang International Circuit on Sunday.

The Thai team also reserved a podium spot last year by finishing at third in the pro am.
“We came into this event to test our new Italian customized car for the Blancpain GT Series next year. We did a pretty good job for the first test. But we still have a lot of work to do before the new season,” Piti said.
Van Dam said: “Actually we aimed for a better result but the second place is not so bad. It’s quite a good start for the new car.”
The overall title belonged to the Audi Sport Team Phoenix which timed 12:01.33.
