Banks progress  on retail services

THAI Bankers’ Association members and the branches of foreign banks in Thailand are complying with the Service Level Agreement for the Banking Industry (Industry SLA) to provide more customer convenience for to make five financial services for retail clients more convenient, said the association’s chairman Predee Daochai.

The Industry SLA covers complaints, lending, deposits, electronic cards and general services.
