Should Thailand start deporting, too?

George Morgan proposes that hordes of illegal Thai immigrants be deported from the United States. 
I suppose that would be reciprocal, since Thailand seems to unwillingly host an unhealthy number of no-hopers and scam artists from all parts of the globe.
