New FamilyMart to open at Aspire Sathorn Thapra project
FAMILYMART, in cooperation with AP (Thailand), yesterday announced the launch of a new convenience store at the Aspire Sathorn Thapra project, which is near the Talat Phlu BTS station.
The store will offer many new product lines, such as fresh vegetables, fruits and ready-to-eat products.
Chiranun Poopat, president of Central FamilyMart, said the new store would feature eco-technology to save electricity.
It will also boast a “premium look”, embracing best design that is also good for the environment.
“We serve unique goods, which are convenient and best quality, such as fresh vegetables for cooking. We aim to add 20 per cent more imported fruits, such as strawberries, grapes, kiwi fruit and apple and 30 per cent more ready-to-eat products, such as Japanese char siu, grilled teriyaki saba, green-tea pudding with red bean, and many fresh-cooked foods,” she said.
FamilyMart currently operates 28 branches at condominiums, and the Aspire Sathorn Thapra project is the 10th branch being opened in cooperation with AP. The company has recognised that condominiums are good locations for convenience stores.
Pattaraphurit Rungjaturapat, deputy chief of corporate image management at AP (Thailand), said FamilyMart was an exclusive partner of his company.
“At AP, we control the marts’ design to fit in with our condominiums.
“FamilyMart has many product lines to cater to any kind of customers and has received good response from condominium occupants,” he said.
