Got a start-up? See you at the summit

Got a start-up? See you at the summit

The second Thailand Start-up Summit on March 31 promises more insights and networking opportunities amid instructive talks by local and regional investors and major corporate players.

The full-day session gathers 15 keynote speakers and panellists from Thailand’s most successful start-ups and 40 more from elsewhere in the region. There’ll be an exhibition, pitch competition and networking evening where you can meet people from across the tech industry.
All the important start-up founders will be there to hear and compare ideas and discuss who’s being funded and why.
In the Start-up Exhibition, both new and established businesses will show off their products and services until 6pm, and then it’s time for networking with a jury composed of well-known regional executives and up to 300 tech professionals, the socialising augmented with drinks, food and music.
For Bt500, “bootstrapping start-ups” – those that haven’t yet received any outside investment and remain self-financed – can take part in the activities. Admission is otherwise Bt1,490.
The summit takes place at the Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok on Sukhumvit Soi 18. All talks will be in English.
