Thai-made apple cider Moose puts its money where it’s mouth is by lending its support to Thailand’s international kiteboarding championship.
Siam Winery, producer of Moose apple cider in Thailand, is all set up for the adrenaline-pumping event, with the “Moose 2017 Asian TTR Kiteboarding Championships & KTA Freestyle X” taking place this week at Pranburi Beach in Prachuap Khiri Khan, marking the first of the KAT National Series competitions with various titles and cash prizes of Bt200,000.
“To continue creating brand awareness for Moose in the international market, we decided to be part of this cool event to communicate to those with similar lifestyle,” says Chinun Pussarangsi, Moose’s marketing manager.
“This is an important step for us to tap into the local market and promote kiteboarding in Thailand.”
Kiteboarding will be included as one of the disciplines in the 2018 Youth Olympic Games (YOG) and is looking increasingly likely to be part of the 2020 Olympic Games.
Kiteboarding is a popular and widely practised sport in many countries around the world, especially among top celebrities, business moguls and Silicon Valley types.
The competition continues through Saturday (March 18).
