A new concept in dining

A new concept in dining

Brasserie Europa at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is introducing a brand new dinner buffet for summer on the concept “Earth and Sea”.

Available daily for dinner only from April 1, the succulent dishes will include fresh seafood on ice, sushi and sashimi as well as a varied a la carte selection of Asian and European favourites. “Earth” highlights include Argentinean beef tenderloin (Mondays); Australian lamb cutlets (Thursdays); Wagyu beef medallion (Fridays) and pan-fried foie gras served every Sunday while “Sea” choices are grilled salmon (Tuesdays); seared scallops (Thursdays); North Atlantic lobster thermidor on Saturdays and Alaskan King crab cakes every Sunday.
“We are responding to customer demand. Their feedback indicates a strong desire for an evening buffet at Brasserie Europa and it is certainly an appropriate time to meet this demand. We recognise that Bangkok is a city full of buffet options for dinner. What’s different about our new buffet presentation at Brasserie Europa is the a la carte option that combines quality, tender meat and fish dishes cooked a la minute and served at the table. These choices will change daily to ensure variety but we will keep the same tempting combinations each week so that our guests will know the choices available day by day,” says executive chef James Norman.
Brasserie Europa is open daily for lunch from noon to 3 and for dinner from 6.30 to 11.30. The “Earth and Sea” buffet dinner is priced at Bt1,800 per adult with free-flow non-alcoholic beverages and Bt900 per child (aged 6 - 12 years).
Book a table at (02) 162 9000.
