Sweet sensations for spring

La Patisserie of the Okura Prestige Bangkok marks the spring by offering a wide selection of Japanese-inspired confections flavoured with Sakura cherry blossom and the sweet nutty essence of Goma black sesame. Creamy Japanese cheesecakes are also on the menu.

All this month, diners feast on the sweet macarons, tantalising pralines, smooth Diafuku Japanese rice cakes, light and airy cream-filled choux buns, crispy shortcake, and tangy yuzu jam rolls, all enhanced with the delicate flavour of Sakura cherry blossom. 
In May, Goma black sesame takes its turn as the highlight of the pastry selection. There are soft jam rolls, aromatic sesame cakes, sesame choux buns, sesame macarons and delightful sesame croissants. The parade of pastry favourites doesn’t end there either. Cake lovers will be spoilt throughout June as La Patisserie will serve a choice of deliciously rich and zesty Japanese cheesecakes. 
The Sakura Cherry Blossom promotion continues to April 28 and pastries start from Bt75. The Goma Black Sesame delicacies will be available from May 2 to 31, while Japanese Cheesecakes will take the starring role from June 1 to 30.
