Cabinet approves free-ride budget for BMTA, SRT
The Cabinet on Tuesday approved a budget totalling Bt5.8-billion for the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority and State Railway of Thailand to provide free rides on non-air-conditioned public buses and trains.
Of the total, Bt2.32 billion was allocated to the BMTA.
