A big bite of Spain

Spanish restaurant Uno Mas at Centara Grand at CentralWorld is holding a Champagne brunch on the first Sunday of every month.

Diners can choose from a wide selection of dishes including seafood on ice, smoked fish, caviar, tapas counter, foie gras terrine with Spanish figs and quince paste, Cecina dried beef with Argentinean tenderloin carpaccio, tuna tataki with escalivada and black olives, Spanish omelette with piquillo pepper and aioli mayo.
Other delicious delicacies include wagyu short ribs with cauliflower puree, sauteed bok choy al ajillo and gravy sauce, pan seared duck foie gras with Jerusalem artichokes puree, Marcona almonds and dry figs, Josper oven grilled Atlantic octopus Galician style, wild mushroom and Maine Lobster paella. Finish off the meal with a slice of Uno Mas chocolate cheesecake, the Pina colada 2016 and a new version of the traditional Catalan cream with salted caramel ice cream.
The Champagne brunch is available from 11.30am to 2.30pm for Bt3,555-plus inclusive of unlimited GH Mumm No 1 Pink Champagne.
