Crusty crustaceans get a Cantonese makeover

It’s lobster season and Fei Ya restaurant at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel is celebrating the arrival of the crustacean with a new special lobster menu expertly prepared by Master Chinese chef Leung Shing Hoi.

Leung highlights the versatility and naturally sweet flavour of these ocean treasures in many delicious classic ways. Highlights include Deep-fried lobster with spicy salt and pepper, seasoned with Leung’s secret blend of spices for extra flavour, and Lobster Yee Mein, lobster and egg noodles stir-fried in sauce.

Diners ordering the restaurant’s lobster dishes get to benefit from an exclusively-priced package of Australian’s Penfolds Koonunga Hill Chardonnay at Bt1,890 or Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc at Bt1,690.

Fei Ya’s Special Lobster Menu is available for lunch and dinner daily through June 30.
