Thai superstar Aum performs, greets fans in Lao capital
Thai superstar Aum Patcharapha joined a Top Thai Brands event at Lao ITECC on Wednesday, attracting crowds of people and members of her fan club to meet and greet as well to cheer on her performance and various promotional works.
Aum Patcharapha told local media that she appreciated the chance to visit Laos again and thanked Lao fans for their warm welcome.
She said her fans on this side of the border were friendly, especially their smiles.
Some even made the effort to wait to welcome her at Wattay International Airport.
She expressed appreciation to those members of her of fan club who offered her souvenirs to welcome her to the country.
She said she now has advertising works to promote various products.
Fresh from Thai TV drama Pherng Pranang that screened on air through Thai television, she said the TV drama had good feedback.
She is now busy promoting cosmetics including a sun block cream through her own brand.
During an interview on stage Aum Patcharapha said hi to Lao fans in the Lao language as Khoi Huk Chao.
Her efforts satisfied her fans and the people who attended the Top Thai Brands event.
She thanked her Lao fans for their support for her efforts in the arts and the beauty business.
She said she appreciated that Thai products could become international quality brands.
Crowds awaited the chance to say hi before waving her goodbye.
Fan club members Ms Ladavan and Ms Noy who missed chance to meet Aum at Lao ITECC said they were really sorry and sad to just fail to meet the superstar this time despite riding in from their home.
They hoped to see her again.
They said they met the artist for first time during her visit to Vientiane Centre.
They followed Aum via television and her IG , and said that she was very beautiful and friendly.
Even though they missed their chance this time, they were lucky that their friends shared a picture of Aum that made them happy, they explained.
