Chanel’s Mademoiselle J12 timepiece
Chanel’s Mademoiselle J12 timepiece gives a playful twist of its founder Coco Chanel with her emblematic silhouette on the dial.
Limited for 555 pieces, it measures 38mm and is available in black or white ceramic and steel, and with black or white lacquered dial.
Dressed in her synonymous suit, two-toned pumps and hat, an illustration of Mademoiselle Chanel printed on a sapphire glass plate, and affixed onto the black or white lacquered dial. Rhodium-plated and black, white and silver lacquered hands are in the design of Mademoiselle Chanel’s arms. The crown has a ceramic cabochon, and it is screw-down, helping give the watch a water resistance of 200 metres. The steel caseback is set with one brilliant-cut diamond. The movement is self-winding, with a 42-hour power reserve.
