Veganism is simply the Golden Rule put into practice

Describing veganism as a “cult combined with fanaticism” infers that there is something sinister about it. On the contrary, veganism is founded on love and compassion. It’s a way of living without needlessly harming other sentient beings. Vegans simply treat others the way they would like to be treated if they were them. And isn’t that the way the Golden Rule instructs us to live? If everyone lived according to the Golden Rule, wouldn’t this world be a far happier place?
