Bribery not confined to Thai schools – just ask Trump’s son-in-law
Re: “Probe launched into ‘tea money’ allegation at famous Bangkok school”, The Nation, June 19.
The same goes in other countries – even in the United States. Jared Kushner, (President Trump’s son-in-law) was accepted by Harvard University despite his low GPA and SAT scores in 1998. This acceptance into the prestigious university occurred a few months after Jared’s father (a rich real-estate businessman) had donated $2.5 million to Harvard. Interesting coincidence.
