The president’s man – his son-in-law
US President Donald Trump must have so much trust and confidence in his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, that he appointed him Senior Adviser to the President, overseeing:
1. Negotiating peace in the Middle East.
2. Solving America’s opioid epidemic problem.
3. Supervising US diplomacy with Mexico.
4. Supervising US diplomacy with China.
5. Reforming care for veterans.
6. Reforming the criminal justice system.
7. Reinventing the entire US government and making it run like a business.
With these sweeping powers, Kushner has become the most un-elected influential person in the White House – after the president himself. And since his new duties and powers are so wide and so much, the US media have given a name for Kushner’s new position as: “Mr Secretary of Everything”.
