AP unveils new ‘ultra-luxe residences’

Listed property firm AP (Thailand) Plc has introduced its latest luxury condominium project, the Bt3.5 billion VITTORIO.

The project has 88 residences in a 28-storey building complete with all the amenities to meet every need of “ultra-luxe residences”, the company said.
VITTORIO is located on a prime site near the top of Soi Sukhumvit 39, close to the Phrom Phong Skytrain station and The Em District commercial neighbourhood .
The project’s location offers travel convenience and lifestyle excitement at a starting price of Bt28 million, said the company’s business group-condominium chief Vittakarn Chandavimol.
The market for ultra-luxe condominiums in urban areas (prices starting from Bt300,000 per square metre) has attracted a great deal of interest in the last two to three years, he said.
“The trend shows there is room for further growth, because, if you look at the sales at the end of the first quarter this year, sales of ultra-luxe products launched in urban areas made up around 70-80 per cent of all ultra-luxe products,” he said.
