Four hands, two minds
The next project in the 2017 Italian Festival takes place on July 13 and features a piano recital by Silvia Bellani & David Peroni.
It’s being staged at Chulalongkorn University’s Music Hall at 7pm.
Bellani and Peroni have won many international prizes including the US International Duo Piano Competition in Colorado, the Lions Club International piano four-hands competitiom and the Concourse Musical de France.
They have performed in Italy, Europe and the US and have earned the praise of audiences and critics for their deep musicality, style and brilliant technique. Their repertoire includes music for two pianos and one piano four-hand from classicism to contemporary style, with excursions into modern and jazz music.
The pair began their collaborative piano programme while attending the International Academy of Music in Pinerolo and they continued it at the Conservatory of Music in Vicenza with Stefania Redaelli.
