Tuscany on the table
Popular Italian restaurant Biscotti at Anantara Siam Bangkok celebrates the culinary culture of Tuscany with a special dinner promotion that continues until the end of July.
Tuscany is famed for its rolling hills and high-quality food and wine and also produces an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as top-quality beef from the cows that graze in the Chiana Valley.
Guests can take a seat in the contemporary Italian dining room and watch chefs display their skills in the open kitchen.
Among the dishes under the spotlight are such favourites as Zuppa della Garfagnana, a typical Northern Tuscan soup, and Tortelli Maremmani, a special pasta dish featuring ricotta cheese, spinach and veal ragout.
Another recommended dish is the Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a huge beefy Fiorentina steak, prepared in traditional style with sea salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil on a charcoal grill.
“A Taste of Tuscany” is available nightly from 6 to 10.30. A la carte dishes start from Bt310-plus and can be paired with an Italian wine from an extensive selection.
