Military govt smashed trafficking after democracies failed
Re: “Army general among defendants convicted of human-trafficking”, The Nation, yesterday.
A lot of nay-sayers said convictions would never come. But here we are.
Bravo for smashing the network and convicting the perpetrators.
This operation was in the first year of this government. They should be commended for acting swiftly against this evil that had obviously been going on for years under all previous noses? Instead the sponsored media and various private commentors will somehow try and spin a negative message out of it.
