Golden Land scales back residential goal

The announcement revises down an earlier target of 21 projects for the full year to 15, managing director Saenphin Sukhee said on Monday. Five of these are already on the market.
Golden Land has, however, revised up its presale target from Bt18 billion to Bt20 billion by the end of the year after achieving Bt11 billion in pre-sales in the first half, he said.
Saenphin said the company is maintaining its total revenue target of Bt12 billion for the full year.
“We have to modify our new-project launch target because some of the land will not be accessible for development in the timeframe expected, but our revenue target is unchanged,” he said.
