In celebration of local produce
The very best of local products go on sale from Wednesday (July 26) to August 6 in the “OTOP from the Lower Central Thailand” event at the Promotion Hall on the ground floor of the gold shops zone at Future Park.
The “OTOP from the Lower Central Thailand” event is organised by the nine provinces in lower central Thailand, namely Kanchanaburi, Chainat, Prachuab Khiri Khan, Phetchaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Songhkram, Singburi, Suphan Buri and Ang Thong. The sale aims to support and promote local merchandise while expanding sale channels for quality products made with local wisdom such as Thai sponge cakes from Suphan Buri, Manorom pomelos from Chainat’s Manorom district, Phetchaburi’s rose apples, cheese biscuits with pineapple paste fillings, Thai bean custard, brown sugar paste, Mae Klong mackerel from Samut Songkhram, colourful loincloths, jewellery, pearls, drums, earthenware jars as well as woven bamboo products and artificial flowers.
