Sirilert Group kicks off ambitious five-year plan with ‘Sign Sukhumvit 50’ condo

SIRILERT Group, specialising in construction, design, hotels and tourism, expects to have property projects worth more than Bt5 billion underway within five years. First up is the premium condominium project Sign Sukhumvit 50, near the On Nut BTS station, aimed at younger buyers and foreign tenants with unit prices starting from Bt2.55 million.

Sirilert is confident in the area’s potential and the project concept and expects to close sales within three months.
Sign Sukhumvit 50 will be an eight-storey building containing 105 units. Construction will start in November and is scheduled for completion in August 2019.
Yuthalak Siripornleart, the firm’s executive director, said Sirilert is a long-established real estate-related business group that his father began as a construction company.
The next generation carries on the business, combining each member’s knowledge, technological expertise and capabilities, he said.
The company aims to launch one or two new projects each year and achieve Bt500 million in annual sales during the first five years and Bt1 billion per year in the following five years.
Early next year, it will launch its first single-detached housing project in the Petchkasem area, worth around Bt400 million, and a low-rise condominium project also worth Bt400 million.
One of its affiliates will at the same time open a cultural tourist attraction currently under renovation and, within the next five years, an international-branded hotel and resort.
