Trust the science, not the slander
Re: “Are hurricanes Harvey, Irma related to climate change?”, Have Your Say, September 14.
JC Wilcox proves he’s completely incapable of logical thinking. The almost simultaneous emergence of hurricanes as severe as Irma and Harvey is a one-in-four-million-year occurrence. This means the odds are millions-to-one that these hurricanes are a natural fluke.
Meanwhile Mr Wilcox slanders the suffering Palestinians as being controlled by terrorists – yet he still refuses to write one word about the atrocities being committed by his fellow Buddhists against the Rohingya. As I’ve said before, he is not anti-terrorist, he is anti-Muslim.
Also, I never said British democracy is “cockeyed”, as Wilcox claimed. The fact that he would accuse me of saying something about a subject I’ve never even commented on goes to the core of his credibility.
Finally, I regard his letter as a diversionary tactic to disguise the fact that he still cannot answer a single one of my questions that expose his hypocrisy for supporting Donald Trump.
