TMB waives fee for year-end home-loan campaign
TMB will waive fees and expenses on a TMB Home Loan or TMB Home Loan Refinance with “comfortable” installment plans at special fixed rates for the first three years, the bank announced in a press release.
Marie Ramlie, head of TMB Retail Products, announced the launch of a new special campaign that will waive fees and expenses on TMB Home Loan for new property mortgage and refinancing until December 31, 2017. Customers will not have to pay the mortgage registration fee valued at 1 per cent of the loan or up to 200,000 baht, fire insurance premium or property valuation expense. The campaign also offers special fixed interest rates during the first three years of the term.
