Ananda to build condos at Khlong Toei MRT in Rama 4 area

Ananda Development PCL has opened a new condominium project next to the Khlong Toei MRT station featuring a solar-powered fresh-air system and 4D hologram model presentation.
Pre-sales for the Ideo Mobi condominium start on December 2, with entry prices at Bt5.99 million per unit.
Chanont Ruangkrittiya, president and CEO of Anana Development PCL, said the Rama 4 area is gaining popularity as it is located between Asoke and Silom commercial districts.
He said 89 per cent of condominiums located within 500 metres of the MRT (for the period 2012 to the first half of 2017) have been sold. Prices average approximately Bt200,000 per square metre.
“Each year the value rises as much as 7 per cent and the average distance from the MRT station is 350 metres. Ideo Mobi is the only project that is located at the station,” he said. “It is also close to the expressway entrance.”
The most popular condominium venues are located from Khlong Toei to Sala Daeng junction, he said.
Ideo Mobi is a 36-storey high-rise condominium with 486 units.
