TrueMove H plugs taxis into ‘Smart Transportation 4.0’
Mobile-phone operator TrueMove H and fintech company TrueMoney on Wednesday announced their first collaboration, Suvarnabhumi Taxi Cooperative, to upgrade taxi service in Bangkok under the concept of “Smart Transportation 4.0” and in line with the Thai government’s Thailand 4.0 regime.
The service will commence in early 2018 with “Car Wi-Fi” by TrueMove H, with a Net SIM and an IOT SIM for passengers’ use in 4,000 member-taxis and in paying their fare through TrueMoney Wallet.
Passengers will also enjoy “Entertainment in Car” service from True ID, a one-stop application for a variety of contents.
Suvarnabhumi Taxi Cooperative has 15,000 members and partners across Greater Bangkok. The cooperation with TrueMove H and TrueMoney represents the country’s significant step towards the Smart Transportation 4.0 international standard.
