Ticon Industrial eyes Bt5 bn in revenue for 2018
Ticon Industrial Connection Plc expects total revenue of Bt5 billion in 2018, with Bt3.5 billion coming from an asset sale to Ticon Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (TREIT), chief executive officer Virapan Pulges said yesterday.
The company has drafted a five-year business plan, which will be proposed to the board of director for approval in January, he said.
Separately, the Stock Exchange of Thailand congratulated TICON Management Co Ltd on the first day of trading for TREIT. It has total assets of Bt3.2 billion.
TREIT is the largest industrial REIT in Thailand.
