Developer adds to project
Koon Estate Co Ltd is expanding the landscape of its upcoming Siam Innovation District area by introducing 'Cooper Siam' worth Bt1.3 billion.
The company’s executive director Thanet Aroonvanichporn said that the project offers price of Bt140,000 per square metre. Cooper Siam is a 24-storey high-rise condominium project with 188 units. There are two zones – a Combo Loft and a Sky Residence. The Combo Loft comes in single and double units with space ranging from 41-71 square metres, while the high-level residential zone, Sky Residence, comes in 1- and 2-bedroom options, 30-67 square metres in size, and 3-bedroom Penthouse Duplex, 188 to 220 square metres.
The project will officially open for sales in February. Unit prices start at Bt4 million.
