Inspire to launch residential projects worth Bt10 billion
All Inspire Development Plc has planned to launch seven new residential projects worth Bt10 billion this year, the company's chief executive officer Thanakorn Thanavarith said in a press release on Friday.
The developer is aiming to boost its presale to Bt8 billion and generate total revenue of Bt5 billion at the end of this year. This is better than its total presales of Bt5.5 billion year, he said.
“The property market this year is showing signs of better growth than last year thanks to the government’s investment to develop the country's infrastructure projects,” he said.
At the end of year 2017, the company had a backlog worth Bt7.5 billion.
