Will we see justice in Leopardgate?

Will we see justice in Leopardgate?

Re: Strong evidence of crimes in poaching case, The Nation, Feb 9, 2018

Just makes it a bit more expensive for him to get out of it.

Old Prem Karmasutra has annoyed somebody somewhere. This is not the way it’s meant to work out.

A special panel, to decide how much will be paid for the stay out of gaol card.

Let’s hope that Watchgate will be pursued with the same intensity and enthusiasm as this poaching case.

Of course it won’t...
Leopardgate is the distraction. Watchgate will quietly be tucked under the carpet.
Hopefully, one day, someone will pull that carpet out from under them!!
But for now, the little fat hunter will be thrown to the wolves... Hell never be in jail, too rich for that... Purely a distraction

I’m going to be seriously disappointed if he gets off with a 500 baht fine.
I hope this story stays in the news, at least until he’s in jail

Maybe he only borrowed the dead animals from a dead friend. Any excuse goes nowadays for the rich and connected. Prawit has set the bar.

We can all guess how much this will cost the accused.
More worrying is the future fate of the arresting rangers.

Why is this freak not locked up already? Anyone else would be locked up, key thrown away, no bail, end of story but no they need to stuff around...
Who cares who he is or thinks he is or whatever? There’s no shortage of evidence for dam sake. Why the thumb twiddling. Is it extortion time? Bribes needed with the threat of hefty sentencing perhaps? This country’s a joke....

“The committee yesterday brainstormed to find the best and most thorough process to deal with the case keeping in mind that the alleged wrongdoers were high-profile citizens.”
This all goes to show there are two laws, one for the rich and influential, and another for the poor or ordinary citizen. The way things are going I can see the cook being put forward as the fall guy, it was all his fault, guns were his, also the dead wildlife
The boss was asleep at the time and did not know anything about it,..honest.

I now read that they are mulling disciplinary action against forest ranger Wichien for not collecting the 20 baht entrance fee from the accused.
Get the cross and nails ready.
