Special promotions for home –buyers are on offer at the 38th Home and Condo show at Queen Sirikij National Convention Center, underway until March 18, 2018.
Commercial Bnaks are offering zero per cent interest rate and discount prices of up to Bt1 million, among others.
The event is organised by the Thai Condominium Association, Business Housing Association, and Thai Real Estate Association. More than 100,000 visitors are expected for the four-day event with an estimated total sales value of over Bt4 billion in this event, said Waratpop Patayanun, chairman of the organising committee.
