As usual Eric Bahrt’s venom is directed mainly at the United States, United Kingdom and Israel. He says nothing about Islamic terror, which has caused countless deaths around the world and great inconvenience to all travellers. And then, to add insult to injury, Bahrt defends Syria’s Assad regime and its mentor the thuggish Vladimir Putin, amid a war that has killed more than 400,000 people.
If it were not for the US, Europe as we know it would not exist, replaced instead by a Nazi territory. If it weren’t for the US, there would be no South Korea, only a single communist totalitarian state. If it were not for the US, there would be no Philippines – nor many other parts of Asia, which would all be under the control of the Japanese Empire. Mr Bahrt’s letters leave no doubt: liberalism is a mental disorder!
