Marathon a fun family event
For the third year in a row, my family and I have been participated in the annual Laguna Phuket Marathon.
This year over 9,000 participants from 50 countries joined the event. As always what is admirable is the way the event is organised. Meticulous planning and the huge turnout of volunteers helps in achieving flawless execution of this event.
How a small township within Phuket manages to host an event of this scale and maintain post event cleanliness is remarkable. A big thanks to the organisers of this event and to the people of Phuket for achieving this remarkable feat.
