TRIS Rating on Monday affirmed the company rating of Grand Canal Land at “BBB-”

The rating reflects the relatively stable income streams that the listed developer receives from its rental properties in a good location at the Rama IX intersection in Bangkok, and the moderate use of leverage, TRIS said.
