Former bank chief to receive royal cremation next week
A Royal Cremation for prominent banker Sirin Nimmanahaeminda is to be held at Wat Saket (Golden Mount Temple) in Bangkok on 17 July.
The former president of the state-run Krung Thai Bank passed away from pancreatic cancer aged 71 on April 9.
Prior to the cremation next Tuesday, an abhidharma prayer will be held for him at 7 pm on Monday.
The ceremony will be held at Sala Bumpenkuson in Wat Saket.
