Support for the young and underprivileged
GrabExpress, an on-demand parcel delivery and messenger service on the Grab application, is now inviting users to donate stationery, toys, sports equipment, clothes and books to underprivileged children at the Baan Nokkamin Foundation in Bangkok and charitable organisations in six other provinces via GrabExpress (Bike).
It is completely free of charge from today through Sunday (August 26), between 10am and 4pm.
Grab users who would like to participate are asked to help package their donations in a box or a bag not surpassing 30 x 40 x 30 centimetres in size, with a weight limit of 15 kilograms. To donate, simply go to Grab application, choose “Delivery” service tab and fill your pick-up location, and select the destination/donation point for your respective province.
Then, select GrabExpress (Bike) and key in the promotion code “HAPPY,” followed by typing in the recipient details (name and telephone number). Finally, click “Book” in order to make a free-of-charge donation to the selected organisation.
This service is only available for users in the seven participating provinces. Cross-province delivery service is not available.

Khon Kaen: Select “Khaen Thong Children’s Home” your delivery destination point and fill-in the telephone number (043) 337 533 in the “recipient details” section.
Nakhon Ratchasima: Select “Ban Ratchasima Home for Boys” as your delivery destination point and fill-in the telephone number (044) 242 552 in the “recipient details” section.
Hat Yai: Select “Thammasakon Hat Yai School for the Blind” as your delivery destination point and fill-in the telephone number (074) 384 455 in the “recipient details” section.
Phuket: Select “Phuket Sunshine Village Foundation” as your delivery destination point and fill-in the telephone number (076) 614 116 in the “recipient details” section.
Pattaya: Select “The Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind” as your delivery destination point and fill-in the telephone number (038) 423 468 in the “recipient details” section.
