Plus Property signs up five new properties
Plus Property, the property management arm of Sansiri Plc, has taken the management rights of five new projects worth a combined Bt10 billion this year , the company’s managing director Anukul Ratpitaksanti said yesterday.
The new deals follow the company’s penetration into a new group of clients: public companies, large private companies and new developers.
PLUS also revealed a continually growing market for residential project management with 116,000 condo units expected to be completed in Bangkok this year. The company is preparing for the market growth by readying its personnel.
Data from Plus Property’s research and development division shows up to 116,000 condominium units will be completed in Bangkok in 2018, a 135 per cent increase from the previous year.
The character of growth remains similar to the past 2-3 years wherein the middle-upper markets continued to grow well, notably at large mixed-use projects in Bangkok and along its outer rim.
