Get healthy in 60 days with Pfizer
Pfizer (Thailand) invites everyone 25 to 55 years or age to participate in “Fit in 60 Days by Pfizer Year 2”, a campaign that aims to encourage Thais to change their behaviour to prevent and reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
Applications are being accepted today through September 16. You have to submit a two-minute video introducing yourself and your reasons for “wanting to be healthy” to www.FitIn60DaysByPfizer.com.
The 60 selected participants will spend those 60 days at three workshops about NCDs, ways to change their behaviour, healthy nutrition and sleep, and proper exercise.
Meanwhile 10 “Startup Fitness” videos will be broadcast on social media featuring tips from personal trainer Sathik “Coach Paeng” Thanatak, Associate Professor Dr Preeya Leelahagul and Dr Niratchada Sap-anan.
The participants will also have a chance to win prizes worth Bt100,000 as a token of appreciation for their strong will and effort in changing their behaviour.
The selected candidates will be announced on September 20 at www.Facebook.co/eztofit and www. FitIn60DaysByPfizer.com.
