Bummed at the beach

Krittikorn “Tik” Pornsatit, singer with alt-rock, Brit-pop band Playground, says his new single “Nai Wan Thi Kwam Sao Pa Rao Ma Thalay (SOS)” is the soundtrack of heartbreak.

He pictures himself going to the seashore to contemplate lost love, only to find Tul Waitoonkiat of Apartment Khunpa there rapping. Check out the “ilikeplayground” and “MeRecordslabel” pages on Facebook.

Not what he seems

Singer and TV reality star Norwood Young will be “Getting Back to My Me” at Chatrium Residence Riverside’s Culture Collective Studio on Charoenkrung Road Soi 70 in Bangkok on September 15.
He wants to tell you about a young man who lived a lavish lifestyle as a successful recording artist, owned a nightclub, starred on TV and chummed with Hollywood stars. And yet his life was filled with pain, guilt, shame and self-mutilation (through plastic surgery).
The stage show is written and directed by Loni Berry. Seats go for Bt1,000 at www.CultureCollective.com. Learn more at (089) 876 5400 or [email protected].
