Listed firms’ net earnings rise 13% in first nine months
Some 507 of the 532 firms listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand have announced a combined net profit of Bt759 billion for the first nine months of this year, up 13.27 per cent from the same period last year, the SET reported on Monday

The 507 companies that have thus far reported their results represent 95.3 per cent of the SET’s listed businesses.
They also posted total revenue of Bt8.62 trillion for the period, about 11.82 per cent higher, year on year.
Energy and infrastructure, petrochemicals and chemicals, banking and finance, and the services sector are top four segments of the bourse to have generated high net profits in the first nine months, the exchange added.
