IOD names Kulvech Janvatanavit as CEO
The Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) has appointed Kulvech Janvatanavit as president and chief executive officer as of December 1, succeeding Dr Bandid Nijathaworn, whose term expired earlier.
Chairman Prasan Chuaphanich announced the news on Monday.
Kulvech joined the IOD in 2014 and served as the leader of Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption, an anti-corruption initiative driven by the IOD.
He also assumes key roles in the Bank of Thailand’s Financial Institutions Policy Committee and the Stock Exchange of Thailand Sustainability Award Committee.
Kulvech is also a former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers FAS, an international financial advisory firm.
