History shows Trump is a man of peace, his critics hypocrites
Stephff’s hatred for Donald Trump is so intense that even peace in the world is unacceptable to The Nation’s cartoonist.
Trump has recalled US troops from Syria who had no business being there in the first place, initiated peace talks between North and South Korea, and is seeking peace with Russia rather than resurrecting the cold war promoted by warmongering Democrats.
But no matter what Trump does, for those who suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome, it’s bad. Obama increased the number of drone attacks six-fold and oversaw a casualty rate five times higher than under George W Bush, yet he got a Nobel Peace Prize. Better keep the “Butcher of Fallujah”, Mad Dog Mattis, and let’s continue the killings in the name of peace.
