Nawamin three-storey townhouse to go on market
All Inspire Development Public Company Limited says it has seen an increase in customer demand for horizontal development projects and launched its first project of the year, the Vision Ladprao-Nawamin, three-storey townhouses in Ladprao-Nawamin at a starting price of Bt2.79 million.
CEO Thanakorn Thanawarit wants projects adjacent to rail stations with the Vision due to be launched this month. Nawamin has seen higher land prices, population growth, continual demands for housing and new Skytrain lines in the future.
The site on Nawamin 85 Road has 308 homes with the development costing Bt1.46 billion, the firm said.
