Where is the love?

Where is the love?

Whether you’re single, married, starting a new relationship, or breaking up with someone, Spotify want everyone to feel the love this Valentine’s Day.

Recognising that not everyone will be in the mood for listening to romantic ballads or steamy songs, Spotify has created SelfLove, a playlist made specifically about appreciating a supremely important person in your life: you.
Another playlist for you in this occasion is the Love…Feeling Good playlist filled with the latest hits and alltime favourites including “Reudoo Rak”, “Koo Kan” and “Kon Nai Fun” – the songs that are known as Thai Spotify users’ best songs of all time, not just when love is in the air.
In the past year, Spotify has noticed that streams of selflove themed playlists have been on the rise, with listening increasing about 72 per cent. Plus, they have found that the most popular time of day to stream selflove playlists is the morning, suggesting that people turn to them to help set the right tone for the day.
The 30 picks featured on the Self-Love playlist include some of the most popular user picks globally — from Hailee Steinfeld’s “Love Yourself” and Panic at the Disco’s “High Hopes” to throwback jams like Nina Simone’s “Feeling Good” and Bobby-McFerrin’s “Don’t Worry Be Happy.” These songs acknowledge themes of resilience, positivity, survival and… red wine (cheers, UB40).
