Sleeping bags and mobile toilets are in place at the gymnasiums for people staying overnight until May 7.

A large number of people were expected to present their Thai ID cards to register for such stays from Thursday afternoon.&nbsp;

Gyms set up to accommodate Coronation visitors

As some 200,000 people are expected to watch the royal procession as part of the Coronation ceremony of His Majesty the King from Saturday to Monday, the Thai-Japan Bangkok Youth Centre’s Kilawet gymnasiums in Din Daeng district are prepared to accommodate visitors for overnight stays.
